Privacy Policy

Who we are

ASOTouch is an App Store Optimization and Apple Search Ads agency. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy. You can reach us about anything related to your data at hello@asotouch.com.

What we collect

When you fill in the contact form, we receive:

• your name and email address;
• your company or app name and your message, if you provide them;
• for a free ASO audit: the link to your app in the App Store or Google Play and the target country.

We also process basic technical data that every website receives, such as your IP address and browser type. It is used to keep the site secure and to block spam, for example to limit how often the form can be sent.

Cookies

We only use cookies that the site needs to work: a session cookie that remembers your chosen language and a security cookie that protects the contact form from forged submissions. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Visitor statistics

To understand how the site is used, we use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics service. It does not use cookies, does not build personal profiles and does not store your IP address. We only see aggregated numbers, such as how many people visited a page or clicked a button.

Why we use your data

• to answer your request and, if you asked for it, prepare your free ASO audit. This is necessary to take steps at your request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
• to keep the site secure, prevent spam and understand how the site is used in aggregate. This is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not sell your data and do not use it for unrelated marketing.

Who else receives it

We share data only with services that help us run the site and answer you:

• Hostinger: hosting of the website and our email;
• Telegram: instant notifications to our team about new requests;
• Umami: aggregated visitor statistics (no personal data).

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case they rely on safeguards required by data protection law, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep requests for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless we start working together. Technical logs are kept for a short time and then deleted automatically.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, or send it to you in a portable format. Just write to hello@asotouch.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
